This is the cutest picture!
I love love love these pictures, beautiful. More than beautiful, they are absolutely priceless. I find myself obsessing over Penelope also... something about having a newborn in contrast with a sweet but not so perfect toddler that just brings out the best. I love it. And about not getting the hang of it, sometimes I have to live "nap to nap to sleep" taking only tiny bits of my day on at a time otherwise I'm WAAAAY too overwhelmed. But if it makes you feel any better you will get the hang of it and it does get easier to go out with both kids-- and to have everyone dressed and ready to go! But in the meantime, just enjoy the time!
